With Bontrager’s Crash Replacement Guarantee you will be supplied with a free replacement helmet if it is involved in a crash within the first year of ownership. Simply contact us here at Bay Cycles (or your nearest Trek dealer) who will handle the claim process. You will need the crashed helmet, original sales receipt (we may have a record of this if it was purchased from us), details of the incident and a return address for your replacement.
Your Bontrager helmet is also covered by an unconditional 30-day guarantee – as are all Bontrager accessories, aftermarket components, shoes and clothing products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your new helmet, you can return it, along with the original sales receipt to the original place of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
