In addition to being Cytech qualified and accredited, our mechanics are also Bosch eBike certified with all the necessary tools to service and keep your Bosch eBike Power- Assisting you up those hills. Our Main Levels of Servicing to keep your bike in tip top condition are as follows:
Recommended every 50 hours
Everything torqued, aligned, and adjusted. After a bike wash, we'll dial in your brakes, tune and adjust your shifting to perfection, and ensure that all fasteners are torqued to manufacture specifications.

Recommended every 50 hours Everything cleaned, tensioned, aligned, and adjusted. After a bike wash and thorough deep clean of the drivetrain, we'll true and tension the wheels, dial in your brakes, tune and lube your shifting to perfection.
Level 2 includes everything from the Level 1 plus:

Recommended every 100 hours The entire bike stripped, cleaned, lubed and tuned to perfection. Every bolt, every bearing, every part. We'll start by stripping your bike to the bare frame for a deposit clean and inspection, then we'll re-lube inner surfaces and rebuild it. If it's been a while, or if you have put serious miles in all-conditions, this one's for you.
Level 3 is everything included in Level 2 plus:
*Replacement parts not included in service package price. **Suspension Shocks and Dropper post servicing outsourced where necessary
Specialist hydraulic brake care. Includes a full brake bleed of both brakes, thorough cleaning of components (including disc rotors), and inspection of all hydraulic connections. Finished with precision alignment and tuning to ensure maximum braking power and control.

Precision drivetrain service. We remove and deep clean the chain, cassette, derailleurs, and crankset, then replace the inner gear cables or connect to relevant software diagnostic for optimised shifting performance.

Recommended every 50** hours of riding to prevent damage and keep your suspension working optimally
Removal and refitting of fork/shock £25
Shock service, including oil and seals from £60
*Further work may be required by our servicing partner, Sprung Suspension, following inspection
