Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order for the requested goods and delivery services. Please note, this acknowledgment does not indicate order acceptance. Your order constitutes an offer to Ride the Bay Limited to purchase goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, which will be confirmed by sending an email that verifies dispatch by the delivery service provider. The contract between you and Ride the Bay Limited is only formed when we send you this dispatch confirmation.
The contract will relate only to those goods whose dispatch we have confirmed in the dispatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other goods that may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such goods has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and refund any amount deducted from your debit or credit card for goods and delivery services (unless amounts in respect of delivery are refunded directly by the delivery service provider) as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Bay Cycles cannot guarantee the accuracy of advice regarding the suitability of parts for item repairs. If you order an item that does not meet your expectations based on its description on baycycles.co.uk, we will provide a full refund upon the return of the item.
When demoing any bike from our stores, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, loss of income or profits, economic or commercial losses, and third-party claims. We will do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, we have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders and obtain a refund prior to the item being dispatched.
We are happy to carry out warranty work for bikes sold by Bay Cycles as well as those purchased elsewhere, where trained to do so. However, most manufacturer warranties only cover parts they make and not labour. Consequently, labour is chargeable to the customer for any diagnostic reporting, fault finding, and fitting of warranty parts. Customers seeking reimbursement for warranty work from the original place of purchase must handle this independently. Payment for work performed by Bay Cycles remains the customer's responsibility.
We will not sell or share your name and address with any third parties without your consent. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018).
In accordance with PCI compliance, all credit and debit card payments, both online and by telephone, are processed through Ascend Pay, Klarna, PayPal, and Stripe and are not stored or known to Bay Cycles personnel.
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details, and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of goods to you by us. Statements made by our sales personnel do not constitute a variation of these terms and conditions or an authorised representation regarding the nature or quality of any goods for sale.
