The Marlin is Trek’s most popular mountain bike and a best-seller here at Bay Cycles. It’s a hardtail mountain bike, so a reliable suspension fork is paired with a simple and well proven aluminium frame. Now in 'Generation 3', the Marlin 8 has a fully evolved frame that’s packed with neat details.

Trek uses its Smart Wheel sizing on the Marlin mountain bikes. This means the wheel sizes increasing proportionally with frame sizes, so every rider gets a bike that's proportionally correct. Trek bucks the industry trend, offering 8 frame sizes, so whether you’re under 5’, over 6’5”, or anywhere in between, you’re guaranteed a great fit.
