What types of bikes can be serviced using member benefits?

We can service most bikes, as long as they are serviceable, repairable and parts and/or any software is available to us. However, bikes must not be altered or modified in a way that makes them unsafe or illegal.

So how do I save money if I'm paying for membership?

In simple terms, £30 of the membership fee goes towards the normal cost of either one or two of our Standard services. You then get 10% off any further labour costs. Plus, you also get 10% off any parts, accessories or clothing you might need for your whole year of membership.

Already own a bike? Take a look at how Lou saves money:

Lou rides their bike usually 2 to 3 times a week, more if its sunny, and likes to keep everything running right. Lou changes the brake pads when needed , at least once every year, sometimes more. Lou knows that the tyres, chain and cassette do wear out and occasionally need replacing.

Lou has been mindful that the current helmet and gloves are starting to look a bit tatty and have eyes set on a new helmet this year with the latest safety features and some new gloves.

As a Service Club member, Lou not only saves money on all bike servicing but also saves money whilst staying safe and looking great with that new helmet and gloves...

Buying a new bike? See how Sam can save money:

Sam is new to cycling and has decided to get a mountain bike to use on the local trails. Sam knows a decent helmet is a must and wants a few other items to make sure that he can get the most tout of the new bike straightaway. There are bound to be some other items needed but for now, Sam opts for a water bottle & cage, a pump, a puncture repair kit, some padded shorts, and a lock.

Sam also wants to make sure the bike stays in tip-top working order but knows it is something that will possibly get forgotten when things get busy...

Now would be a great time for Sam to join the Service Club. With service reminders ensuring Sam doesn’t need to worry about forgetting when this is due, instant savings on clothing & accessories bought now. Plus, discounts on any bought later either in-store or online, £30 off when the bike comes in for service and 10% off any parts it may need.
