The Trek Marlin 8 is a new addition for the 2022 model year, adding to this popular range of hardtail mountain bikes.

It's is a truly versatile mountain bike – a real 'all-terrain' machine, one that hits the spot for not only our customers but also for the terrain we have here around Torquay. If you like to mix up local exploring with a few laps of the Kiddens or Spicers trails at Haldon Forest, then this bike is ideal. It will even take you across town to work too as it's packed with fittings to fit a luggage rack and kick stand, adding day-to-day practicality.

The 2022 model Marlin 8 combines up-to-date components with a lightweight aluminium frame and and 29” wheels (with the 27.5" size on S and XS sizes). As it’s a Trek bike, top quality construction, Bontrager components and a lifetime frame warranty all come as standard. It will be carefully assembled by our qualified mechanics here at our Bay Cycles workshop and as with every bike we sell – regardless of price – we’ll take plenty of time with the handover process on collection, answering all your questions.

KEY FEATURES:

RockShox suspension fork – Air sprung so easily adjustable for a specific rider weight, and it's lighter than a coil spring. A lockout lever is useful for smoother trails or road riding.

Tubeless compatible wheels and tyres – A tubeless set up drops the weight of your bike and the reduces the chance of punctures.
