At Bay Cycles we are very pleased to announce the launch of our new e-commerce website allowing customers to shop online 24/7. With the recent increase in local cycling, we have been working hard behind the scenes to develop a more convenient way for customers to shop for all their favourite products. The new website has both Click & Collect and Home delivery options whilst also allowing customers to book Workshop & Servicing.
In providing this new website we wanted to ensure customer service remained at the heart of everything we do online as well as in store. We are therefore very thankful to Bay Cycles team member Lucy who has been the project lead from the start of our e-commerce journey and will continue in this role. As a Cytech Master Technician with over five years workshop and sales experience at Bay Cycles, Lucy is also perfectly placed to be able to answer any technical or product queries.
The new website lists everything available in store along with other products available from all our main brands including, Trek, Bontrager, Pearl Izumi, Whyte and others. There are multiple ways to search for products, such as using the brand or category tabs or, the search box. To narrow your search to in stock products at Bay Cycles or our suppliers please click the ‘In stock’ filter on the left hand side. In stock products at Bay Cycles will show as available for dispatch now, whilst products in stock with our suppliers will show an estimated time before we will have these items ready for dispatch.
